All our shift housing is optimized with its linear structure for precise transfer of the shift forces on the bike. For the “Orange Line” version, the linear strands are additionally sheathed with a Kevlar braid to enable the highest precision. The inner tube is evenly provided with a special and optimized grease during extrusion in an elaborately developed process. This consistent distribution requires fewer resources while significantly reducing friction. The coating is optimized for high UV resistance.<\/p>\n

Our brake housing offers through the spiral structure optimal transfer of forces even at high brake pressure. In the “Orange Line” version, however, linear wires with a Kevlar braid are used to transmit high pressure at long routing without loss. This is especially advantageous for mechanical disc brakes. A use of end caps for this, however, is mandatory. For more flexibility in the handlebar area, we also offer a combination with a connector from our “Orange Line” housing with the “Blue Line” spiral version.
