Our brake housing offers through the spiral structure optimal transfer of forces even at high brake pressure. In the “Orange Line” version, however, linear wires with a Kevlar braid are used to transmit high pressure at long routing without loss. This is especially advantageous for mechanical disc brakes. A use of end caps for this, however, is mandatory. For more flexibility in the handlebar area, we also offer a combination with a connector from our “Orange Line” housing with the “Blue Line” spiral version. The inner tube is evenly provided with a special and optimized grease during extrusion in an elaborately developed process. This consistent distribution requires fewer resources while significantly reducing friction, and is not common in this product range in terms of quality. The coating is optimized for high UV resistance.
